- Troubleshot and re-configured a SOHO3 appliance for a tier-1 IT Consultancy company located in Dallas, Texas. Major challenges were to get the SOHO3 to interoperate with the SonicWALL Global VPN Client software.
Experience - 2004- As IT Manager for a Waco, Texas Financial firm, I proposed an economical project to replace expensive Frame Relay circuits linking the firm's branch offices.
- I setup an experimental lab using two SonicWALL TZ 170's to simulate the Headquarters -- Branch Office setup.
- I attended the one-day SonicWALL training session in Dallas, Texas, took the certification exam and became a Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA).
