• Troubleshooting and configuring a Citrix Metaframe 1.8 server to run PeachTree and MediSoft applications via web browser.

 1998 – 2000 USAA, San Antonio, Texas

• Application migration and troubleshooting on Citrix Winframe remote access servers.  Applications included Microsoft Office 97 and 2000 versions in addition to many other insurance-industry related applications.
• Configuration of Citrix WinFrame versions 1.6 and 1.7 in a production environment.
• Composed installation instructions and procedures and stored them on a website which I administered with Microsoft FrontPage.

 1997 – 1998 Valerent, Dallas, Texas

• Installed Citrix WinFrame 1.7 server at Allstar Systems Dallas office for LAN and Remote Access of Computer Based Training materials.
